1523.01 REVIEW OF PLANS BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
   (a)   No building permit shall be issued for structures other than one, two or three-family dwellings until the plans for buildings and site are reviewed by the Fire Chief or his designated representative.
 
   (b)   Specific sheets required but not limited to are:
      (1)   Overall Site Plan. Water mains, other buildings and property, parking lots, utility service entrance locations, etc.
      (2)   Building. Floor plans to include egress, fire walls, etc.
   These shall be submitted and certified as being reviewed by the Fire Chief or his designated representative before submission to the appropriate buildings and plans examiner (Richland County Building and Codes Department). Other sheets shall be made available upon request.
 
   (c)   Sufficient time shall be allowed for examination of the plans by the Fire Chief or his designated representative. In order to facilitate the review and approval process described above, the Fire Chief or his designee is authorized to seek and obtain the assistance of the Division of State Fire Marshal, Ohio Department of Commerce.
