1514.01 DEFINITIONS.

   (a)   Storage battery means lead acid batteries such as used in automobiles, trucks or to power electrical equipment or vehicles.

   (b)   Storage facility means any facility where in excess of 2,500 spent batteries are located.

   (c)   Processing facility means any location at which storage batteries are in any way altered in excess of 2,500 spent storage batteries.

   (d)   Transportation means movement of such storage batteries or any of the parts or components thereof within the geographical boundaries of the City.

   (e)   Person refers to any individual, corporation, partnership, limited partnership or other business concern.
