1513.03 PILING LIMITATIONS.

No person shall place rubber material in any area exceeding 2,500 square feet nor over fifteen feet in height. There shall be a minimum distance of fifty feet between any rubber material pile and any other rubber material pile. These fifty foot wide aisles shall serve as fire lanes and shall be created and maintained in and around each pile of tires or pieces thereon stored outdoors in a way that no tire is more than fifty horizontal feet from a fire lane. This aisle shall be free of obstructions at all times; shredded tire beads may be used as fill for roadways when covered with stone and not exceeding a depth of twelve inches.
