   1511.04 SPILLAGE OF FLAMMABLE LIQUIDS; EXTINGUISHERS IN SERVICE STATIONS.
   (a)   The Fire Department shall be notified immediately of spillage or leakage of a large quantity of flammable liquid.
 
   (b)   Each service station shall be equipped with approved fire extinguishers suitable for use on petroleum liquid fires in sufficient number and capacity to cope with incipient fires and as may be recommended by the Fire Chief. Extinguishers shall be kept in good operating condition at all times and shall be located in an accessible and conspicuous place.
