1511.02 CONSTRUCTION OF SERVICE STATIONS; PERMIT.

   No person shall construct or cause to be constructed with the City any filling station for the purpose of supplying gasoline, oil and other necessities for motor vehicles, except upon written application fully describing the piece or parcel of land on which such filling station is to be constructed, and upon the issuance of a permit by the Mayor for the construction of such station. Before such permit can be issued, the Fire Chief shall inspect or cause to be inspected such premises, and shall authorize approval thereof.
