   There is hereby adopted the Norwalk Downtown Architectural Design Standards, which will be applicable only to those projects utilizing federal funding in part or in whole, as contained in Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 88-38 and incorporated herein by reference as if fully rewritten herein.
