1325.02 INSURANCE REQUIRED.
An applicant shall submit evidence of insurance as approved by the Director of Law indemnifying the applicant and the City in the sum of not less than fifty thousand dollars ($50.00) for property damage and one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) for death or personal injury. The insurance policy shall provide that the City be named as an insured and further, that the applicant and his insurer shall hold the City harmless against any and all liabilities, judgments, damages, costs and expenses which may in any manner accrue or arise against the City in consequence of the granting of any permit for the moving of any house or the performance of any work pursuant thereto.
