1325.01 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

   No person shall move any building or structure within the corporate limits of the City unless he shall first have obtained a house moving permit from the Director of Public Service and Safety. The fee for the issuance of any permit to move any building or structure across any sidewalk, street or other public place within the City limits shall be fifteen dollars ($15.00). The fee for a permit to move any structure or building from one location to another without traversing any public ground shall be five dollars ($5.00).
