1317.03 LIABILITY.

The owner of the property upon which any projection over the sidewalk or street is hung, by permit issued hereunder, shall assume all liability for any damage resulting to property or persons by reason of installation or any defects in same. Such owner shall reimburse the City for any and all expenses growing out of claims for damages that might be brought against the City.
