   1309.07 WIDTH OF RESIDENTIAL DRIVEWAYS.
   (a)   No person shall construct in any residence district any driveway except in compliance with the City’s Engineering Standards for Construction.

   (b)   Such driveways shall be constructed in such location and in such manner and with such material as may first be approved by the Code Enforcement Officer.
