1309.02 ORDER TO CORRECT VIOLATION; CORRECTION BY CITY.

   If any building, edifice or structure is erected or the contents of any building are contrary to the provisions of the Building Code, the Building and Zoning Inspector shall notify in writing the owner, agent or occupant of the building to remove such contents or to make the building, edifice or structure conform to the requirements of this Building Code. Any failure or default in compliance with the order shall be treated as a refusal to comply with the conditions hereof, and the Building and Zoning Inspector shall cause the contents to be removed or the building altered, and shall assess the cost against such property.
