1307.09 ABATEMENT.

If the person served with a notice to order to repair or demolish a dangerous or unfit structure, or a fire damaged or deteriorated building, should commence repair or demolition of the structure but fail within ninety days to complete the requirements of the notice or order, the Law Director shall institute the appropriate proceeding to compel demolition of the structure.
