1303.05 APPEALS.

   (a)   Appeals from decisions of the Building and Zoning Inspector shall be made by the applicant to the Board of Zoning Appeals as provided by the Codified Ordinances.

   (b)   If the Board of Zoning Appeals determines an earth station cannot be located in a rear yard, approval may be given for a side yard installation. If neither the rear nor the side yard can be used, the Board of Zoning Appeals may grant a front yard installation.

   (c)   Earth Stations that are permitted by appeal in side or front yards must be a perforated-designed dish.
