1301.04 PERMIT FOR SANDBLASTING AND TUCK POINTING; FEE.

   No building shall hereafter be sandblasted or tuck pointed in any manner or with any materials until plans of such sandblasting and tuck pointing have been submitted to and approved by the Board of Control, and until a permit has been issued therefor by the Board of Control. A fee of five dollars ($5.00) for such permit shall be paid to the Mayor.
