1301.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT.

The application for a permit shall be in writing, and shall contain duplicate copies of all necessary site plans and specifications, the amount of material to be used and the estimated value of the building or addition upon completion. Such application shall be upon blanks or forms to be secured at the office of the Building and Zoning Inspector.
