1143.03 INITIATION OF ZONING AMENDMENTS.

Amendments to this Ordinance may involve an amendment of the text of this Ordinance or the Official City Zoning Map and may be initiated in one of the following ways:

A. By adoption of a motion by the Planning Commission.

B. By the introduction and first reading of an ordinance by City Council.

C. By the filing of an application of at least one (1) or more owners of property within the area proposed to be changed or affected by said amendment. (Ord. 2015-028. Passed 7-7-15.)
