1141.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS.

For the purpose of regulating and restricting the location of buildings, structures, and land use, the City is divided into zoning districts as shown on the Official City Zoning Map. These districts include the following and may be illustrated on the Official City Zoning Map:

R-1 One-Family Residence District.

R-2 One-and Two-Family Residence District.

R-3 Multi-Family Residence District.

MHP Manufactured Home Park District.

B-1 Local Business District.

B-2 Downtown Business District.

B-3 Outlying Business District.

B-4 General Business District.

MB Manufacturing-Business District.

M-1 Manufacturing District.

M-2 Heavy Manufacturing District.

B-5 Transportation Business District.

B-6 Commercial Amusement Business District.
