1111.08 PUBLIC HEARING.

The Planning Commission on its own initiative or upon petition by a resident or neighboring property owner may, prior to acting on a preliminary plat of a subdivision, hold a public hearing thereon at such time and upon such notice as the Planning Commission may designate.
