1101.03 TO BE PLATTING COMMISSION; DUTIES.

The Planning Commission shall be the Platting Commission, and is empowered and authorized to control the heights, design, and location of buildings, and to appoint or employ architects, engineers and other professional services and other employees as it shall deem necessary. The expenditures for such services and employments shall be within the amounts appropriated for such persons by Council. The Planning Commission shall have all other duties and powers as may be authorized by ordinance or the general laws of Ohio. (1961 Code §236.)
