1101.01 PLANNING COMMISSION.

   (a)   There shall be a Planning Commission composed of seven members, qualified electors of the City, as follows:

      (1)   Three members shall be appointed by the Chief Executive Officer and four members shall be appointed by Council.

      (2)   Of those initially appointed by the Chief Executive Officer, one shall be appointed for two years, and one for four years. The third member shall be appointed for a term ending November 30, 1975. Thereafter, they shall be appointed for a full four year term.

   Of those initially appointed by Council, one shall be appointed for one year, one for three years, and one for four years. The fourth member shall be appointed for a term ending November 30, 1974. Thereafter, they shall be appointed for a full four year term.

   (b)   Any vacancy shall be filled for the remainder of the unexpired term in the manner the original appointment was made. (Ord. 75-58. Passed 8-7-75.)
