945.03 EXTRA SERVICE.

The City shall provide extra pick up service in accordance with this section. The City shall sell a marker device for three dollars ($3.00) each. Such device, when placed on a bag or can not exceeding 33 gallons in capacity shall entitle the resident to have the bag or can picked up and shall be valid for one pick up only. The City shall also sell a marker device for ten dollars ($10.00) each. Such device, when placed on a bag, can, furniture or appliance free of freon, shall entitle the resident to have the bag, can, furniture or appliance free of freon picked up and shall be valid for one pick up only.
