941.17 DEPOSITING GARBAGE OR RUBBISH IN LAKE OR RESERVOIRS PROHIBITED.

   No person shall throw or deposit or cause to be thrown or deposited upon or in the waters of the Lower Reservoir, Upper Reservoir or Memorial Lake any paper, garbage, food, cans, glass, stoneware or refuse of any kind.
