941.14 SWIMMING PROHIBITED.

No person shall swim in Memorial Lake, or in the Upper Reservoir or Lower Reservoir; except that swimming shall be permitted as part of an annual triathlon to be operated by the Norwalk Park & Recreation Department under proper supervision and only for purposes of the annual event.
