941.13 RECKLESS OPERATION OF BOAT PROHIBITED.

No person shall operate a rowboat, sailboat or canoe so as to endanger the life or limb of any person or operate such rowboat, sailboat or canoe without due regard for the safety and rights of any person so as to endanger the life, limb or property of any person.
