941.10 STANDING UP IN OR RIDING SIDES OF BOATS PROHIBITED.

No person shall stand in or ride the sides or deck of any rowboat, sailboat or canoe while such device is on the waters at Memorial Lake or the Upper or Lower Reservoir. This section shall not be construed to prohibit an individual from standing on a sailboard on Memorial Lake Reservoir. No person shall stand on or operate a sailboard on any other reservoir within the City. (Ord. 97-87. Passed 7-1-97.)
