   941.09 LIFE PRESERVERS REQUIRED.
   (a)   Each person in any rowboat, sailboat, or canoe shall carry a Coast Guard approved life preserver.
 
   (b)   Each person who is on a sailboard in any City reservoir shall wear a Coast Guard approved life preserver. (Ord. 97-88. Passed 7-1-97.)
