941.07 CHILD OPERATORS PROHIBITED; EXCEPTIONS.

   (a)   No person under eighteen years of age shall operate any rowboat, sailboat or canoe on the water of Memorial Lake or the Upper or Lower Reservoir unless such person is accompanied by a parent or guardian or person eighteen years of age or over.

   (b)   No person under eighteen years of age shall be in any rowboat, sailboat, or canoe unless such person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or person eighteen years of age or older.
