941.04 LAUNCHING RAMP CHARGE; BOAT MARKERS.

(a) The Board of Park Commission shall have the right to levy up to ten dollars ($10.00) per year per rowboat, sailboat or canoe for the use of the ramps at Memorial Lake and the Upper or Lower Reservoirs, all Norwalk residents are exempt. The Board of Park Commissioners shall designate the time and place where such charges shall be paid and shall issue an appropriate marker for each rowboat, sailboat or canoe.

(b) No person shall launch a boat without paying the charge provided for herein.
