941.03 USE OF LAUNCHING RAMPS REQUIRED.

Any person launching a rowboat, sailboat or canoe at Memorial Lake, the Upper Reservoir or the Lower Reservoir shall launch such rowboat, sailboat, or canoe at the ramp provided at Memorial Lake and at the Upper and Lower Reservoirs. This section shall not apply to any individual launching a rowboat or canoe in a completely manual fashion.
