941.01 DEFINITIONS.

   As used in this chapter:

   (a)   "Memorial Lake Park" means all that real property owned by the City south of State Route 18 and east of Old State Road, inside and outside the corporate limits, which adjoins the reservoirs owned and operated by the City, all as more fully set forth on a certain map attached hereto, marked Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.

   (b)   "Memorial Lake" means Reservoir Number 3.

   (c)   "Upper Reservoir" means Reservoir Number 2.

   (d)   "Lower Reservoir' means Reservoir Number 1.
