927.14 CONTRACTS FOR JOINT USE OF POLES.

   For the purpose of reducing the duplication of poles on the streets of the City, the Director of Public Service and Safety may enter into such contracts as he may deem proper with the telephone companies or electric companies for the joint use by the City of poles owned and used by such companies, and for the joint use by such companies of poles owned and used by the City for the distribution of electric current, where, in the opinion of the Director of Public Service and Safety, such joint uses can be made without detriment or damage to the distribution of electric current on the City's distribution system.
