927.08 CLIMBING SPACE.
   On all poles a climbing space shall be maintained of not less than thirty inches on one side of the pole. Where more than one cable or secondary circuit or suspension wire is attached to the same pole, they should be on the same side of the pole and as far apart as possible. Horizontal position on crossarms shall be arranged with the street light wires attached to the outermost pins and the primary next. If secondary wires are placed on the same crossarm, they should be attached to the pole pins.
