927.06 TRANSFORMERS AND CABLE BOXES.
   (a)   Transformers shall be hung from a crossarm supporting the primary wires feeding the transformer, and shall be not less than twenty-four inches below the secondary to which it is connected. The bottom of the transformer shall have not less than sixty inches of clearance above signal wires, cables or suspension wires.
 
   (b)   Transformers of over twenty-five kilowatt capacity shall be supported on a platform suitably braced and the same distance as above, except clearance between the platform and signal wires and cables shall be not less than twelve inches. Cable boxes and transformers are not to be placed on the same pole, and cable boxes must clear secondary supply lines by twelve inches, and other lines in the same spacing as signal wires or cables.
