927.04 RELATIVE LEVELS OF CABLES AND SUSPENSION WIRES.
   Conductors shall be arranged in the order of their operation voltage, the highest voltage conductors to occupy the highest position on the poles and the supporting structure or crossarm to be not less than nine inches from the top of the pole to the center. The secondary or supply lines shall be not less than twenty-four inches from center to center next below the top support. The signal lines or suspension wires shall be not less than thirty-six inches next below the secondary wires. Vertical spacing of crossarms or secondary racks of supply lines shall be not less than twenty-four inches center to center. Service wires of electric or signal utilities may be placed where convenient so that they will at all times maintain a distance above the ground which will be equal to the height of the service or not less than twelve feet above the ground, and to clear other wires or cables of a different utility by at least twelve inches on voltage of zero to 300, and thirty inches on voltages of 300 to 7,500.
