923.07 TURNING WATER OFF AND ON; ADDITIONAL CONNECTIONS.

No person, except a duly authorized representative of the Water Department shall turn on water at any service connection except for the purpose of testing the service connections. When so turned on it must be turned off as soon as the test is completed. No person shall extend or in any way enlarge the service of any water consumer without filing with the Water Department, within three days after the connection of such additional connections with the water lines, a complete written report of all such connections.
