923.02 INSPECTION OF WATER SUPPLIES AND PROSECUTION OF VIOLATIONS.

   The Public Works Director shall examine and inspect all lands and premises lying in the watershed which drains into the reservoirs in the City, or within twenty miles of the limits of the City, as often as he deems necessary, and shall prosecute violations of ordinances or laws relating to the pollution of the water supply or the operation of the water works plant.
