921.13 FEES.

   (a)   Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to provide for the payment of fees from Dischargers to the City's POTW, to compensate the City for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program established herein.

   (b)   Charges and Fees. The City of Norwalk shall adopt charges and fees which may include:

      (1)   Fees for monitoring, inspections and surveillance procedures; and

      (2)   Fees of filing appeals; and

      (3)   Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction; and

      (4)   Fees from sampling analysis; and

      (5)   Fees for reviewing Industrial Discharge Permits; and

      (6)   Fees for reviewing Permit Applications and Permits.
