903.01 STANDARD OF GRADE; DATUM PLANE.

Whenever it becomes necessary or proper to establish the grade for any public improvement upon any street or public alley or other public place, the standard for such grade shall be the monument erected in the Court House Square, dated at 99.95 feet, and all grades in the City shall be dated therefrom.
