901.04 BARRICADES AND WARNING LIGHTS.

   Any person having control of the building or repair of any structure or building within the City, or any person who shall have control of the construction of any sewer or laying of any gas pipe, water pipe, tile or other conductors, who shall suffer any material, rubbish, excavation or other obstruction to remain in or upon any public street, lane, alley, highway, sidewalk or public ground unprotected and without proper guards, or without laterns or other danger signals properly displayed during the night season to warn passers-by of the danger, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
