901.03 DEPOSIT REQUIRED.

No permit for any excavation in a paved street or any other paved public place shall be granted unless the person applying for the same shall first deposit such sum of money as the Director of Public Service and Safety or designee shall estimate to be the total cost of making the excavation and restoring the street or other public place to its former condition.
