717.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. Each day's violation of any provision shall constitute a separate offense.

(b) The Law Director is further authorized to seek injunctive relief against any violation of any provision of this chapter in any proper court of law or equity.
