717.15 AFFIDAVIT OF COMPLIANCE.

Any applicant for a permit shall be required to file with the application an affidavit stating that such applicant has complied with all conditions of this chapter or setting forth any exceptions thereto. Any false statement in such affidavit shall be grounds to refuse to issue a permit to drill or shall be grounds to revoke a permit already issued.
