709.02 LICENSE FEE.

   (a)   Any person applying for a license as required herein shall pay to the Mayor a fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each and every time such circus, carnival, show or entertainment is intended to be given.

   (b)   When the owner, manager or exhibitor of any such show intends to exhibit or perform more than one day, the Mayor may grant a license for a definite period to be named therein, and charge therefor an amount of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per day.
