705.01 MINORS PLAYING POOL AND USING GAMING DEVICES RESTRICTED.
   (a)   As used in this section, "gaming device" means any device such as a pool or billiards table, pinball machine, shuffleboard or any other game or device where consideration must be given in order to play such device or game.
   (b)   No person being the owner, keeper, manager or person having charge of a place open to the public, shall allow any minor under the age of sixteen years, to use or to play a gaming device between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., unless the minor is accompanied by his parent or legal guardian.
   (c)   No minor under the age of sixteen years shall play or utilize any gaming device between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. unless he is accompanied by his parent or legal guardian.
   (d)   The provisions of this section do not apply to benevolent, charitable, governmental or nonprofit or nonpublic organizations.
   (e)   The owner, keeper, manager or person having charge of a public place having gaming devices shall cause a copy of this chapter to be posted in a conspicuous place.
