553.05 LIGHTING OF RAILROAD CROSSINGS.
   (a)   Norwalk and Western Railroad. The Norwalk and Western Railroad shall light its railway within the limits of the City with 1,000 lumen, 6.6 ampere electric lights, located as follows:
      One at each of the following street crossings of such railroad:
      Newton Street, Pleasant Street, West Street, Woodlawn Avenue, Old State Road, Gallup Road, Milan Avenue, Corwin Street and St. Mary's Street.
   Such lights shall be kept lighted during the same hours as the street lights of the City are lighted.

   (b)   Failure to Light Crossings. If either of the railroads is not lighted as herein required within twenty days from and after the service of a notice, the lighting shall be done by the City and the expense thereof assessed as provided by law against such railroad company so failing to light its railroad.
