155.23 SECTION 419.1.1 - AMENDED - LIMITATIONS.

Section 419.1.1, Limitations, of the IBC, is hereby amended by deleting item #3 and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

Section 419.1.1 Limitations.

#3. The nonresidential area function shall be limited to floors of the live/work unity with exit at the 1st story or a basement walkout of the live/work unit.
