155.20 SECTION 310.4.1 - AMENDED - CARE FACILITIES WITHIN A DWELLING UNIT.

Section 310.4.1, Care Facilities Within A Dwelling Unit, of the IBC, is hereby amended by deleting said section and inserting in lieu thereof the following section:

Section 310.4.1 Care Facilities Within a Dwelling Unit. Care facilities within a dwelling unit shall be in accordance with section 305.2.3.
