§ 35.03 FEE FOR SERVICE OF CRIMINAL WARRANTS.
   (A)   In all cases in which the city police serve warrants within the corporate boundaries of the city, the Chief of Police shall be entitled to the same fee that is allowed by law to the County Sheriff. The fee shall be collected from the defendant upon conviction.
   (B)   It is hereby directed that such fees shall be paid unto the City Treasury.
