§ 153.03 NONCONFORMING USES.
   Any trailer or mobile home located within the city limits on any lot other than a lot in a licensed or approved mobile home or trailer park prior to April 15, 1989 shall be termed a nonconforming use, and the owner of such a nonconforming use may continue the use of the property; however, should the property owner sell his or her property, then the property shall cease to be used for such nonconforming use. Any trailer or mobile home with the status of a nonconforming use shall lose its nonconforming use status if the trailer or mobile home is removed from the property for a period of 90 days.
