Persons desiring to conduct charitable solicitations at the intersection of U.S. Highways 41 and 62 shall comply with the following regulations.
(A) Individuals may not conduct charitable solicitations at the intersection of U.S. Highways 41 and 62 or any other intersection within the city.
(B) Individuals may not conduct bucket brigades at the intersection of U.S. Highways 41 and 62 or any other intersection within the city.
(C) Individuals may not post signs of any kind at the intersection of U.S. Highways 41 and 62 or any other intersection within the city.
